For the last ten years, I have been involved in the management of creatine monohydrate supplementation for power athletes. In those years, I have seen a lot of great results, but not without some complications for individuals with sensitive stomachs. As a result, long term compliance is quite often compromised, making it difficult to take full advantage of the benefits that creatine has to offer hard working athletes. We knew there had to be a better way to deliver creatine to athletes. Now that we use the effervescent technology that Creatine Edge offers, I can assure you that the better way has arrived!

While in high school, I injured my left knee playing touch football. Over the years, I’ve had my knees drained, injected with cortisone, and treated with ultrasound. I also managed it with RICE, braces, and elastic bands (e.g., ACE). And, of course, over the years, continued to rack it up every once in a while water skiing or with some other activity. With increasing age, the length of recovery time increased as did the day-to-day nuisance (pain when walking downstairs, etc.). By 1985, I was told that surgery was the answer. My attitude is that surgery is only a potential solution for me when I am totally incapacitated. Thus, I simply lived with pain and discomfort for years. In 1997, the pain and limited range of motion was bad enough that I finally decided that I might have to submit to the knife, and so began psychologically preparing myself. During a conversation with Mark LeDoux of Natural Alternatives International, Mark suggested I try CMO (Cetyl Myristoleate). I had significant relief and continue to use the product to this day. However, I still had occasional days when the pain and range of motion were bad, and it would still “catch” every once in awhile.
When you gave me the samples of Joint Edge, I waited awhile before I tried it because as I told you on the phone, I couldn’t quite make myself take something that tasted like pineapple. However, as I told you, I was pleasantly surprised with the pineapple flavor. It actually tastes very good. More importantly, my knee has also improved and feels better than it has felt in 25 or 30 years. An additional benefit has been the relief that I’ve totally unexpected in my fingers.
Both of my parents have arthritis. Several years ago a doctor told me I had the beginning signs of arthritis in my hands. I knew my knuckles were getting larger, and I had discomfort from time to time, but really hadn’t been aware that I had any limitations. However, after using Joint Edge, I have noticed improved flexibility in my fingers and reduced stiffness. I honestly believe that the stiffness had occurred so slowly and gradually over time that I was not even aware that it existed until the relief that occurred after using the Joint Edge.

I am writing to you today to let you know what
wonderful success I have had using your Creatine edge Effervescent and Neuro
edge Effervescent. I first began using your Creatine edge in the Spring of 2000
after being diagnosed with MS. Since that time, I feel it has greatly increased
my strength and delayed the onset of fatigue, which has made my days much easier
to go about.
I am very aware of creatine and its ability to rejuvenate
adenosine triphosphate, the compound responsible for providing muscle with the
energy to contract. However, I was also aware that creatine has been known to
cause many side effects, mainly diarrhea, cramping, dehydration and nausea.
Taking this into account, I researched and found some information on your
patented effervescent delivery system for oral creatine supplementation. Knowing
the number of useless dietary supplements on the market, I further researched
the practicality of such a delivery system. I must say I was quite impressed
with both the scientific studies you have conducted and the evidence you have to
support what you claim in regards to its efficiency.
Although my
strength and muscular energy were greatly enhanced with Creatine edge, I still
would hit a mental “wall” in the early afternoon, finding it difficult to
motivate myself mentally to get through the rest of the afternoon. It is because
of this that I inquired about your Neuro edge Effervescent. I must say that I’m
quite glad I did, as it has seemed to “do the trick,” so to speak. I feel a
sharp increase in mental energy within a half hour after taking the Neuro edge,
and that continues throughout the remainder of the afternoon. I work right
through my afternoons with no hint of mental fatigue.
The main
ingredient, Tyrosine, has been known for years in the medical world, but not
much has been done to take advantage of its benefits. You were right on in using
a specific tyrosine form, N-Acetyl-Tyrosine, in the Neuro edge. Its quick uptake
makes for more of an immediate impact in terms of feeling its beneficial
effects. The increase in brain neurotransmitters, which leads to the suppression
of seratonin production, can effectively delay the onset of mental
fatigue.
As an acting physician, I know that there are many alternative
treatments being attempted to either cure MS or otherwise improve the quality of
life for those stricken with this disease. However, what you are doing at FSI
seems to be about as good as someone could hope for in terms of improving MS
patient’s quality of life.
I am obviously very aware that these products
are not curing my disease. However, I can’t argue with what they have done in
terms of improving my quality of life on a day-to-day basis. By spreading the
word as to the benefits your products may offer those with MS, you will be doing
those individuals a great service. I will certainly be one of those you can

My name is Gabriel Barajas and I wanted to write you this letter to let you know what your product has done for me. I was diagnosed with MS in the mid 80’s and have had a variety of problems I learned to live with, but that have become increasingly worse as time went on.
I met Doug Broderick, who told me about Fortress Systems International (FSI) and gave me some samples of Creatine edge Effervescent to try. To this day, I thank him a million times for introducing me to your product. I take one 5 gram packet of Creatine edge per day and it has literally changed my life.
I used to fall asleep in my chair and was always tired. It was very hard for me to get through the day without naps. I started using a cane to help me get around without so much difficulty and would fall and trip a lot because my balance was off, or my legs would give out. After taking Creatine edge, my energy level is up a great deal and I am not sleepy anymore, except at night like normal people. I have a lot of energy and have lost about 20 pounds since taking this product. I feel 100% better than I did. I would get terrible cramps. This has diminished greatly, which is a blessing, because they were so painful I would be screaming in agony. the foods that I eat.
I was using another brand for a while and was very

I would like to start out by thanking you for the timely fashion of your response when we spoke a couple of months ago. I had called to inquire about some information on the effervescent creative put out by FSI. The questions and concerns I had involved water retention that is typically found when using Creatine.
In our conversation, I explained that I was training
for the New England Golden Gloves Boxing Tournament and that I needed to lose
weight with out losing strength, and that is exactly what happened. I went from
179 lb. to 156lb., and with the tournament starting next week, I feel stronger
than ever.

I would like to thank you FSI Nutrition for your Super Products. I have Beckers Muscular Dystrophy and have been in a wheelchair for two years now. I have been trying to find a Creatine Product line that would help me regain my strength and endurance back so I could walk again..
